That's one spunky little girl you've raised. I'm gonna eat her.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Poor sarameg. I just sent you email.

Not related to the headache though.

Replied, Perkins. Only moderately helpful, I think. As a tour guide, I fail.

Pshaw-- that was quite helpful.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I'm big on thrift stores for furniture. We're getting ready to send our giant sofa with hideabed for its Round II of charity donation stores. We bought it (and chair and loveseat) for $200 and got a lot of use out of it. We'd still keep it for the media room, but it doesn't fit through the door. Did I mention massive? Which was fine when we were living in the huge mission house but not so much now. We just dropped off a big bag of clothes there and they confirmed they'd take the couch. We just have to get it there.

Anyways...

Hurricanes need to behave themselves. I need to remember to make a hair appointment. sarameg's headache needs to go away.

And whoo, I am wiped out. On Friday I only had the first and last expected students, but today I had seven out of seven all in a row. Very tiring. Fun, and makes the day go faster, but tiring. I took a nap, but now I'm all out of sorts and suspect I won't sleep tonight.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I just freecycled a chair I got from the salvation army and I am getting a tv stand from a friend tomorrow. GO GO furniture recycling.

I am glad to see you back here, Liese!

I've got to decide what to do with the falling-down-pants. Do I store them in cynical anticipation I'll gain the weight back?

Devi and Mister Kitty are lying within a foot of each other, sprawled on their sides facing each other. I'm really hoping that if I acquire Tiger (I may have to rename him), they don't freak out. At best, Devi's reaction a "dumbass, another damned one?" rather than ballistic as when I got MK. MK, I expect will be ok. I'll be surprised if he doesn't adopt him, frankly.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My face is the size of a zeppelin and aches every time I eat. Plus the headache and my inability to work out how to tell my parents--I'm not loving right now.

Ugh. I hope for normal size non-aching face for you ASAP.

I'm glad to be back here! I always miss you guys when I'm moderately offline.

Gah, ita. I echo Perkins' hopes for you. But tell your parents. They should know. They can want to wrap you in bubble wrap and you can tell them that you do better without it, but tell them what happened.

It's very hot here right now, and Ozzie seems to have decided that the best place to beat the heat is to lie in my shower. The same shower I spent time super-cleaning this morning.
