Ha! Thanks, amych-- ordered the car emblem and the pin. I'll probably just keep the car emblem in the house, since I like my car and would prefer not to have it keyed or the tires slashed. (The pain of living in a red corner of the state)
The pin, however, will go on the name badge I wear at writing conferences. I always put something a little subversive/startling on my badge-- tends to stand out since I'm not a big pin whore. This year at RWA National, I had a rhinestoned Elvis Stitch. Some poor newbie asked me what that was an award for and I answered with a straight face, "It's a prize for being an inveterate smart ass."
She just nodded her head and congratulated me. I know, I know... I should resist. Now I just have to think what I'll say the FSM pin is a prize for. Enlightenment, maybe?

Age of consent in AK is 16. No SR laws are applicable at that point, but the statutory rape age difference is 3 years. You must be 18 to marry without parental consent.
