Huh. The schedule thing that NBC just showed said swimming at 8, beach volleyball at 9, gymnastics at 10, and Michael Phelps at 10:10. Huh?

I got out of the tv habit since I didn't have one for 6 weeks and I forgot about the Olympic opening ceremony. I wonder if I'll be able to find more than just clips at this point. The photos are stunning and I'm fascinated by the light up drums.

I can't say I'm that interested in it as a sport, but I'm terribly interested in it as double cabana boys.
They seem to be showing much more synchronized diving this year than usual. From other years, I think I remember them showing two or three dives -- the Americans and whoever won -- but it seems like this year they're showing all of the dives.
