Ah shit. As much as it sucks, I'd say go to K and tell her you weren't trying to make trouble, just get the damned truck moved and it went totally haywire.

I just talked on the phone while online. OK, I was ignoring online, but whoa.

Of course, it occurs to me that when I lose power now, I lose internet. Hrm. OTOH, that happens rarely. And faaaaast.

God, I'm a broken record.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ugh Allyson, why am I not surprised that the landlord fails to see herself as the problem?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oy vey, Allyson. You definitely need to reassure K that you are NOT the problem here!

There were some tornado warnings in the area here, but it just now started raining.

Hey, the storms followed! I'm trying to type with 12+lbs of cat snoring on my shoulder and upper arm and a 'puter balanced on my thigh. HARD. Who thought wireless was a good idea? Obviously my cats. Time to give up and go plug it in and free my torso.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Oh, totally told her that this was craxxy and that I'm not party to kicking her out of my spot.

She's aware that this isn't me.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Whew. I just spent an hour looking through my place up one side and down the other because I could not find the file folders with mac's original adoption papers in. I was seriously starting to freak out. But I found them. I must must must focus and get busy on the re-adoption which is coming up on a year late (not that there is a real due date, just that you can officially do it at 6 months). Tomorrow is the day to go through and figure out what I have, what I need and what to do next.

Allyson, that whole situation sucks. Are you scared to be month to month with this lady with no signed papers?

Oh hell yeah. All I have is cashed checks. It's pretty much on her that she has no paperwork. No one here does.

but she is saying you don't get a guaranteed parking space because you are month to month, right?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

From McSweeney's:

HAMLET
(FACEBOOK NEWS
FEED EDITION).

Polonius says Hamlet's crazy ... crazy in love!

Rosencrantz, Guildenstern, and Hamlet are now friends.

Hamlet wonders if he should continue to exist. Or not.

Hamlet thinks Ophelia might be happier in a convent.

Ophelia removed "moody princes" from her interests.

Hamlet posted an event: A Play That's Totally Fictional and In No Way About My Family

The king commented on Hamlet's play: "What is wrong with you?"

Polonius thinks this curtain looks like a good thing to hide behind.

Polonius is no longer online.

Oh yeah, I am totally month to month. Which is okay, I was month to month in my old place for almost 6 years.

It's the whole parking dealie that bugs. She hordes cars. There are four cars in the back, along with motorcycles and a boat. None of them work, and one has a puddle of transmission fluid under it.
