Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

OK, this is freaking me out, but I actually almost want them to bring the police camera back to my neighborhood: [link]

We heard that a hot topic at tonight's Beat 2311 CAPS Meeting at Truman College were police cameras, and why the camera at Wilson and Magnolia was removed and installed at Wilson and Sheridan. Many residents on Magnolia voiced concern over the gang-bangers that congregate at the Food Mart in the Wilson-Magnolia Mall and noted a direct spike in criminal activity now that the camera moved.

That's a block from me. Those kids who hang out at the Food Mart are annoying. Plus they steal candy. Although I can't really say if the area is more dangerous since they took the camera away....

Hey, speaking of lovely days, it'd be fun to see you and Noah one of these days before we both get swamped by school.

Absolutely! thursday is free day at Huntington. I'm getting tickets tomorrow to go.

Uh. Avoid the winds?

My computer at work totally died today!

AWESOME!

So glad you had a good day, Kat. I envy it. I envy y'all Huntington. That place... well, I get to my wee arboretum to just sit in the sun and read maybe once a month if I've got my act together. A place like that? Permanent weekend destination.

In holding pattern at work. Won't know the damage until we come back up weds. Uhg.

Anxiously awaiting dsl. I'm half expecting it not to work. Cause I'm like that. Then I have to cancel my dialup and see if I can get temp auto-reply& forwarding. Or send out the dreaded "update your addressbooks" to everyone in my email.

I have a weirdass burn or bite on my thigh. I'm thinking it is a weird reactive bite despite it looking like a burn, because I'd remember getting a burn and I woke up with it saturday morning. At first, I was AACKRingworm (because it looked like that) but definitely not that now (you can relax, Jesse.) I preemptively sprayed it with tinactin anyway. Not sure if that was wise or not, but whatever.

Tornado sirens haven't gone off in 10 minutes. I hope that means we're in the clear.

Tornado watch and post is more fun than earthquake watch and post, I think.

But nothing tops Labor Watch And Post!
