I only wish I didn't have to waste practically all of last week over this.

Yeah, you don't need that, heading up to a deadline! I'm glad it seems to be working out, though.

So, I was going to get a pedicure today, but I'm sunburned right on the bottom of the front of my legs, since I didn't reapply after standing in the surf for a while on Friday. So I would NOT enjoy the leg-rubbing portion of the pedicure. Next weekend, I guess....

Edit: Shins! I knew there had to be a name for the front-of-the-leg.

I hate computer frustration as well. It sucks. But happy that is is cured!

Last night, after I dreamt about Patrick Stump and Faith (from Buffy) and woke up to post about it in my livejournal, I dreamt about a time-traveling murderer wearing a joker mask. The interesting thing was that each time the murder didn't go as planned, he went back in time, but so did all the other people. This also involved a getaway car with no driver, that was steered basically by ramming it into things. And then when he time traveled into the 50's no one told him that the expressway wasn't completed, so he drove into the lake.

Actually, Bayistas, I need a rec for a pedi. My toes are in wretched shape and I'd like them to look purdy by Thursday when the cocktail party rounds start.

I'm so glad some sort of solution was found.

I dreamt that I ran into my first love on the street with his wife and child, and he pulled me aside and said, "I still love you." which is when I woke up. Muy disturbing.

I dreamt that Orson Welles was a Vince Lombardi type leader of some project I was working on. He was quite forceful and charismatic, but all I could think was. Hey! It's Orson Welles!

I usually find myself to be whiny when I am three other dwarfs: Grumpy, Sleepy, and Dopey.

For some reason Christian Bale was in my dream last night, and not in the sort of busy-making-out-with-me role I would have liked. I think my mom had gotten a part-time job as an assistant to him and was stressed over dealing with all the press hoopla.

OK, I just wanted to say that I'm a linear combination of dwarfs. With different weights attached to each dwarf differing according to the different hours of the day and night, amounts of chocolate, hours of sleep, people in the room demanding my attention, and things I just-remembered-I-should-have-done-but-didn't.

Then I wanted to draw the figure representing that. And find the proper references. Sigh.
