Oh, smacked in the noggin with a 2x4 wrapped in velvet. Yeah, that's what it felt like.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I have a pair of cranky pants, pink ones!

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

Being up in the costume shop at FSU this past weekend reminded me of how much I want/need a new sewing machine. Then one of the instructors there was 'kind' enough to remind me that Bernina offers an education discount so a bottom of the line machine would 'only' run about $600.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Some days, all of my pants are cranky.

Congrats to flea & Dr. flea!

“Not dead yet!”

My husband just said that I didn't need pants for anyone to know when I was being cranky.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Video of a very strange car-chase: [link]

A guy in a tiny, three-wheeled car is chases by ninjas on roller skates. Seriously.

Oh, hey then. Pick one up on the way home from work. Hell, get two!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Cranky bloomers!

One of m favorite sandwiches ever in my life is homeade wheat bread, peanut butter, raisins, apples, yogurt and sprouts. Which I realise is a little weird, but it is good.

Except for the yogurt (how does it stick?) that sounds like a classic hippy sandwich from my childhood.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

My "new" sewing machine was from Freeccle, and is a Kenmore, but it works great! At the costume shop I have access to an inductrial bernina, which makes it so hard for me to quit, although that is one of m ultimate goals.

Is this where I say I am envious of our teaching job, GG? My fondest wish was to direct and teach theatre in middle/high school, but instead I coordinate educational programming at a school of nursing, and moonlight as a costume maker.

yep, my thoughts exactly. Then she offered to give me directions to the local distributor. Yeah, sure, I'll get enough for all my students.
