Just let out of jury service. I am not enpanneled . this was a misdemeanor case of indecent exposure. We were told repeatedly -- nakedness is not a crime, so we were going to have to determine if the accused had sexual intent. Intent matters to the law. Running over someone you didn't see and running over someone on purpose are two different actions.
