"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Shouldn't I get Bastille Day as a holiday?

Seriously. In defiance at having to work on my national holiday, I am wearing jeans (and a white shirt and red shoes, natch).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow, there are a lot of that sort of light. Guess it's a cute idea. Thanks, guys.

I find it neither satricial, nor funny. It's just crass.

I'm with you. I don't think it's ... it's useful. And I'm not clutching my pearls. It's just that it's too close to a particular base and ign'nt public spectacle that I don't think needs any indulging, even if you're being all witty and ironic.

Did you see my edit to my original post, ita? I had a dot-it, but I found that, while bright, it didn't have a lot of throw so it's didn't light anything further than a couple of feet away from it.

I want to light my closet, and I was thinking of having two, so it may do. The positioning for the light switch of my clothes closet is getting on my last nerve--it's on the hinge side of an outward-opening door. Using one on each side of the doorway inside the closet might work better.

Ha! that's what I bought them for, and despite the difficulty of the slanted roof, it only really lit up the shelf above the clothes bad. I ended up using a light fixture with a real light bulb and a long extension cord.

I found it so disturbing going through blogs in support of my brother. Tons of threads with acidic hate all sort of openly describing the Obamas as depicted in the cartoon...before the cartoon.

And the open hatred of illegal immigrants. In New Hampshire.

I sit in California and don't know whether to laugh or cry at the abject ignorance.

Yes, yes. Get rid of all the illegals now. And pay eight dollars for a jar of smucker's strawberry jam. Dumbass. There's no follow-through logic going on.

Allyson, about your link: if that dude has any money, someone with no ethics and a grifters talent for emotional manipulation and catering to oversized insecure egos will probably take him for most of it.
