Hell's Most Wanted: Are you on this list?
The list is a little... odd. "Sports Fans"?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Carbs aren't relevant unless you're already reading nutrition labels -- I have no idea what the relevance of 27g of carbs to 13g of carbs is if the caloric content is similar. I would argue an 8 oz can of coke is the most familiar liquid, aside from water, worldwide-- people have a constellation of nutritional associations with it. Pointing out that vitamin water has not only about 125 more calories than water, but resembles something that is viewed to be unhealthy, is not a bad comparison. What would make a better comparison?
Sorry to hear it, Kat. All the good vibes and thoughts I can muster are with you and yours.

Several times over.

Regular cans of Coke are 12 oz. Well, in America. I know they come in different sizes around the world (and I've seen the cute little 8 oz. cans here too), but I think the 12 oz. size is more common. Maybe.

Per serving, Coke has about twice the calories of VitaminWater.
[eta: Neither company, as far as I know, actually sells an 8 oz bottle or can in the US, but both consider "one serving" to be 8 oz.]
Best hopes for your dad, Kat

Those bastards — the Anglicans are trying to appropriate Dr Who.
A conference of Church of England vicars watched a handful of episodes from the sci-fi series to study its religious parallels, particularly its themes of evil, resurrection and redemption.
Similarities between the Doctor and Christ, as well as whether the evil Daleks are capable of changing, were also examined.
"There are countless examples of Christian symbolism in Doctor Who, which we can use to get across ideas that can otherwise be difficult to explain,'' The Sunday Telegraph in Britain quoted Andrew Wooding, a spokesman for conference organising group Church Army, as saying.
Grrr. Be done with it and simply declare that Jesus was a Time Lord, OK?
Ha ha ha. RTD the atheist is going to have a cow.

Fifteen out of twenty-two! What do I win?
Though I should point out I'm counting homosexual as well as lesbian, for fun, and as a protest about no 'bisexual' category.
