Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I did a purge the last time I moved and took everything in to the theatre. As a costume-type person, I really hate to get rid of anything that I might need for a costumes, but I ended up taking about 30 trash bags full of clothes that were too small for me (I have ranged in size, since 2000 , from a 4 petite to a 20 petite). I have actually pretty much held at an 18/20 for about 4 years, but I went from the 4 to a 14 in about a year, which was a little freaky.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ruth away, though we may need to get JZ in on it, too. Which would be a tragedy, you know - all of us hanging out and stuff.

Standing right here.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I'm glad to see so many are being given a chance and are thriving.

Standing right here.

See? Tragedy.

My strategy is not to buy new hangers. When new clothes are bought, old clothes have to leave. FIFO, generally.

This is now my strategy with books.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm trying to purge a few things every couple months or so. Both books and clothes. It's working for me because the more often I ask myself if I really want to keep a particular item, the more likely the answer will be no.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Um, does anyone know anything about Masonic symbols?

Some.

And the word Yessop, associated with a ring?

No, sorry.

It's funny, because I think I have a ton of closet space now, because I have two closets, each of which are slightly wider than the door. But I still need to get rid of stuff!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I keep trying to empty mine, but now that the sewing machine works, I convince myself that I can make Frankenwardrobe.

Speaking of purging: I'm permanently deleting data and it's making me feel slightly ill. I mean, they promise me the tool is just removing stuff that has been obsoleted, and we DO have backups in storage, but oh god it would be so bloody painful to restore it if a lot of somethings got zapped that shouldn't. And such horrific timing.

But they promised.
