Willow: Yes. Hi. You must be Angel's handsome, yet androgynous, son. Connor: It's Connor. Willow: And the sneer's genetic. Who knew?

one of the books I listed on Amazon already sold. YAY! What I really need is the furniture to go though.

Clothes are drying and I am taking a break.

Keeping the TV off and the radio on has been key to my productivity.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I have gone to Target, to the post office, to yoga. Also, I've double washed one load of diapers (but haven't hung them on the line yet). I straightened the bathroom, but what I REALLY need to do is mop the floors and organize the study. And make food for brunch tomorrow.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

I watched a number of episodes of the WNTW marathon, went to the library, hiked all over Diamond Heights (SFistas--if you haven't yet seen Laidley street and its amazing architecture you need to), had the butcher at Mollie Stone's prepare a bunch of lamb to make some of the tagines in the North African cookbook I saw on display at the library, and treated myself to real Société Roquefort. Next up, showering and taking on some of these recipes. Or, maybe, a nap.

I've been to Bloodbath, Walmart for juice, Target and got my hair cut. And laughed with my pregnant hairdresser over her pregnancy-induced butterfingeriness. Luckily, she keeps a good grip on the scissors. Combs and brushes? Go flying.

Waiting for my dinner to cool enough to eat.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I went to see Iron Man, finally (was a little annoyed because I was hoping to spend some quality time with BFF, but she had invited someone else) Went to Target, bought some invitations for the shower, ran into some friends and went to their house to pick up some flower pots that they were getting rid of (the original reason for going to Target) then to the Container Store to return some stuff. And of course, I bought some more stuff :) I'm leaving in a few minutes to have dinner with friends. We might go out after, but I went out late last night, so I might beg off.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am debating going to Ikea once my laundry gets done.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Mnnf. I read and watched TV. Everything I actually need to do involves stairs or risks raising my heart rate.

is the board wonky for anyone else. Natter and a few other threads are not showing in my message center. Threads are missing from tv threads.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I got up, drank some iced coffee, made eggs and bacon for b'fast, showered, watched teevee, bought gas, washed the car, went to the grocery store and to TJ's, and am working on cooking some supper.

Not a whole lot, but better than what I did on Thursday which was watch teevee.
