Yeah, but you're an amateur fry cook and I come from a long line of fry cooks that don't live past 25.

I was listening to my CD from the movie Once on the way into work this morning, so I'm currently earwormed with the song The Girl sings after getting her batteries at the corner store.

Our wings are not tired.

I work better from home, but the other people in the office work better if I am there.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I'm sticking with Boom-De-Yada. All other earworms must leave me ALONE. If worst comes to worst, I can defeat any other earworm with "Rocky Top," but I think you have to be a lifetime SEC football fan for that one to work.

Just got an email from my post-college roommate, who was also one of my bridesmaids, telling me she and her husband are pregnant with twins, due in January. They've been married since 1996, and these are their first kids, so that'll be an adjustment!

Or just a Dolly Parton fan. Then again, I have ABBA more readily at my disposal to counteract most earworms. There's not much that can survive being hit with "Dancing Queen," "Knowing Me, Knowing You," and "Take a Chance on Me" in quick succession.

My friend told me that the way to get an earworm out of your head is to do math. I think I'd rather have the earworm.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Another way (for me) is to re-imagine the song as sung by Willie Nelson. Or, turn up Cobra Starship really loudly. But that's a recent development.

Art Crawl!!!

Tennis related - did anyone else notice that Richard Williams is/was wearing a Stargate World hat while watching Venus play? I mean, is that STARGATE? Or something unrelated.
