oh, Sue. That is so hard-- to make a decision for someone you love when they can't tell you with words how much pain they are in. I say listen to him-- you will be able to tell when it it time.

Natter 59: Dominate Your Face!
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Mad as in anger. Decided on none. Am currently having a round table discussion on the evils of the internet. Guy who was trashing the internet turns out to have met his GF online. Can't work out if he's bitter, or what.
Also, I HATE neutral decor, which is hard, since I rent. I lived for 6 months in an apartment complex and I thought I would die from beige. I have hard some really great apartments, though-- my second had a red spiral staircase and grean walls and stained glass windows, my second, I was allowed to paint as long as I was semi-neutral, so the whole house was pinkish and had tin ceilings. I rented my current apartment because it has all original finished woodwork and the living room has this retro paper with green sparkly stars on it!
Oh, Sue. What Sophia said, really.
Sophia is wise, Sue.
Sue, my heart hurts for you and Pico.
Yeah, I know. I don't think he's quite ready yet, but he's declining a bit everyday. That said, he may freak if I take him back to the vet tomorrow just to change his pain patch.
I'm so sorry, Sue. That just sucks, no way around it.
I'm always appalled at the choices they make based on "what will sell"
There are some obvious things that people miss -- the big one being major clutter. My guest room ,office and garage would need a major clean up before the house sells. ( not that I want to do this). The other thing I've seen is houses that are painted bright colors - different in every room -- that look like a lot of work to repaint. I'll eventually repaint every room in this house, but mostly, it is livable until I get there. The final thing people don't do --is all the minor repairs-- put the door handles on and trim your bushes people.
My favorite buyers -- the one that say " I love the furniture". I always hope they overpay for whatever they buy, because they seem sooo clueless.
ack, Sue. that is the hardest, but you will know when it is time.
