AB and I just got back from the farmers' market, where we got strawberries, basil, peppers, tomatoes, and Rainier cherries, and the library, where she got The Pigeon Wants a Puppy and I picked up a climate change book that will probably give me nightmares and the new Loretta Chase.

brenda, you are kinda living in parallel to me. I can manange all the shit that's going down, thank god, but it's been rather an expensive lot of it all at once. Or rather, since fucking January.
Took my parents down to Fells Point and they had a great time at the ...toy store. Ate at Mezze, and introduced them to tzatziki. Was good. Now they are napping after a morning/afternoon spent in the heat and humidity. THANK GOD.

That was our morning walk. The post-lunch-pre-nap hour was spent out back in the inflatable baby pool. Now we are upstairs with all the fans turned way way up.
