Hell knows I hate crab and yet here I've lived over a decade, crabcake central. Longertermers than me cringe in horror at that admission. No one does enchiladas, gorditas, green chile menudo, salsas, rellenos or green tamales righter than a southern NMican, damnit. Hell, no one does green chile righter, period.

Has anyone ever done voice lessons? I'm doing guitar lessons right now but I always find myself wanting to sing more than play the guitar. I guess I don't really know what I'm asking, just wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with voice lessons. Are they worth it to a total amateur who pretty much only sings in the shower or car.

I've taken voice lessons and would take again. The teacher I had knew my goals and really helped me out. Are they worth it? Depends on your goals and your money. A good voice teacher is at least $20 for a half hour lesson. I took hour long lessons twice per week, but it was while I was in undergrad. I had to pay an extra fee (o top of tuition), but it was nominal.

That was a helluva game. Triple overtime. Marc-Andre Fleury was the reason the Penguins won. Fifty-some shots and he stopped all but three. Otherwise Detroit dominated for the majority of the game.
Truly, I just want to see the Penguins lose. I'm tired of the "Sidney Crosby is the golden child of the NHL" mantra. There are other exciting--and more well-rounded players--out there. Like Alex Ovechkin and Mike Richards for example. Therefore I will continue to cheer loudly for the Red Wings.
