I just had my fitness assessment. My weight hasn't changed but for a few ounces from the last I checked.
However, I lost 2.1% body fat!
Bust -.75" Waist unchanged Abdomen -.25" Hips -.5" Thighs unchanged Arms -.75"
Resting HR went from 74 to 80 (though I don't know what that means) BP went from 118/85 to 111/82 (though I don't know what that means)
