DOOODZ!
I just had my fitness assessment. My weight hasn't changed but for a few ounces from the last I checked.
However, I lost 2.1% body fat!
Bust -.75"
Waist unchanged
Abdomen -.25"
Hips -.5"
Thighs unchanged
Arms -.75"
Resting HR went from 74 to 80 (though I don't know what that means)
BP went from 118/85 to 111/82 (though I don't know what that means)
Hooray!
Happy birthday, JZ!!!!
And, David, I'm sorry to hear about your friend.
Go Allyson! I'm sure those numbers are all very meaningful and good to people who understand them!
Hmmm... 11th Grade, that would be the junior year wouldn't it. Can't remember exactly Humanities (An Art/Lit/Architecture class), Honors Biology, Honors English, Trig, some sort of history. 12th Grade I can remember because of all the AP stuff. AP English, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus, German, and some independent study biology. It was a pretty good school.
Food food food food food food food food food foooood.
I seem to be hungry? Maybe I'll get a curry for lunch.
You should get a burrito.
Road Warning: $7 Gas May Be Ahead
Economist Predicts Increase By 2010, Which Would Take 10 Million Cars Off The Road
(CBS) A new energy report predicts $200-a-barrel oil in as short a time as two years. If that happens, gas would likely go up to $7 a gallon - and that would have an enormous impact on the way Americans live.
...
Economist Jeff Rubin predicts the $7 mark will arrive by the year 2010.
Hardest hit will be those for those making less than $25,000 a year. For them, gas will go from 7 percent of their income to a whopping 20 percent.
"People are going to be spending more on gas than they are on groceries," said Rubin. "And that's not a sustainable choice."
In fact, by 2012, higher prices could send an additional 10 million vehicles off the road.
Damn.
I'm starving today and I had normal breakfast -- toast w/ avocado, cereal w/ banana and strawberries, and glass of grapefruit juice. How can I be SO VERY HUNGRY??
You should get a burrito.
