what "being persecuted" meant -- and I assume still means -- to us (them) was that when we tried to proselytize, people weren't interested in what we were selling.
I just realized that other than the door-to-door Mormons (who are always very polite), the only type of proselytizing I get is always people telling me I need to accept Jesus because I am obviously going to Hell because of the way I dress. Which doesn't make me want to spend time talking to them, go figure.
Favorite sign from down at SF City Hall today? "Find your own happiness, don't steal ours." I thought there would be more people down there, but it was very sweet all the same, especially all the older couples.
Uncool, non-drinking, non-partying, virgins are the last people its ok to mock!
Why just a few generations ago millions were slaughtered! In our own country they were dragged in the streets if they even
looked
at a cool, drunk, partying slutty woman!
No... wait...
This picture is so adorable. Brides! Babies! What's not to love?

wow, what a beautiful family! I love that baby's dress!
That is a beautiful family - I love the baby's name, "Zadia."
I like this article about a company that makes interchangeable cake toppers, so you can mix and match the gender/ethnicity of the groom(s) and/or bride(s). They even have two options for bride figures--traditional gown and tailored suit.

I don't understand that. Is there like a finite amount of happiness? Wouldn't any other couple marrying make another couple less happy, then? WTF?
aw ... George Takei is married.
I have a quick question. The only way to get my iTunes songs (that have already been purchased, not that I am about to, or may in the future purchased) onto another machine that is not a Mac to be burned to a cd, is to burn it to a cd, then rip to the non-Mac laptop, right?
