Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Not too far away I hope -- some of those liveries look really hot under lights.
"But officer, I wanted to see the shiny car better." is not an option. I checked.

Where do you come from? Where do you go? What is your scene, baby? We just gotta know.

I ordered roti and they gave me plain naan instead. BASTARDS!!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

That reminds me--I've got some TJ garlic naan in my freezer. I think I'll make some up for dinner tonight with some chicken or maybe soup.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I have no naan but I have fresh strawberries and they are sweet and juicy.

I've also lost 4 lbs since last week. I suspect that fact that I haven't had any French fries in that time might have something to do with it.

I had strawberries last night. Yum.

Great story about the books! I was just trying to call Des Moines to find out some info at the legislature, only to get nada on the phone lines. It took me a few minutes to remember that a good portion of that town is underwater.

Punishingly Intricate

I just had some little, perfect local strawberries!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Everytime I pass the gas station that has gas at $4.75 it makes me feel sad, and that's the cheap gas. Did we peak on all the good stuff, really? I mean, if civilisation were to collapse, we know the numbers can be made up again from relatively few, but where are the raw materials for a new wave of technology?

That's a party to kick back and watch.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm just happy I've had two meals in a row with tomatoes.

You know, I got the nicest note from my SIL after I sent the membership the children's museum that I'm a fabulous auntie and that her children are lucky to have me. I got all allergy-eyed. It was such a nice thing to hear.

Aw, of course you are and they are!
