Interesting! Being hyperthyroid then I should have eaten up on all of those, yet the only two I like on that list are millet and cauliflower.

There is whole thread about how the media has suppressed the news that Obama smokes cigarettes, since Liberals hate smoking and that would have hurt him. WTF?
Ha ha! Although, I wouldn't really be surprised if he wasn't on the gum now because liberals do hate smoking. But yeah, it's been in the media.

Aw, man! I'm flying to DC tomorrow, otherwise I totally would.
I can't rationally discuss weight issues. But I really want to stabby stabby every doctor who has given me a stern talking-to...after all my blood tests come back in normal range for every single thing attributed to obesity.
Worse is when the doctor is wicked overweight and still gets smug.
As someone who is hypothyroid, I can't think how you'd control it with diet. Perhaps a subclinical case might respond to increasing your iodine? I went the HRT route, for me it's very cheap ($5 a mo), works well, no side effects.
