Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Got water! That's a plenty large yell you got there, Trudy.

It's been about an hour since they first checked up on me and decided I need more meds. Unsurprisingly I am more-med-free.

Someone just gave birth on the way here, and another woman shortly after arriving here. Am I in the "miracles of life" corridor? No, I'm in the room where the noisemakers are given haldol and are trying to match pitch with the medical devices. No money for guessing right which evil I consider lesser.

Sorry for the guilt, ita.

Distract yourself with some new pics of Noah and Grace? I babysat Sunday morning, with Cheerios. Apparently he is a Dr. Seuss character. Playing the shaker bells. Action tumble! Playing ball. Drinking problem?

Grace showing off her thick head of hair, admiring her guns, practicing her superhero flying pose, and just being cute.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Maybe you should make a bunch of fucking noise and get some haldol?

No... no... reacts with narcotics. Curse you, Wikipedia!!!

::shakes tiny fist::

ita, this just sucks so bad

Our wings are not tired.

Grace sleeping killed me ded. And Noah has some cute toes! Thanks for linking to those, Lori.

ita, I am sorry. How I wish there was something that could ease the pain.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Grace and Noah did provide me with some brief respite--I think it was the cheerios on the part of Young Master and the sleeping beauty.

Second dose lady showed up again. Maybe she'll stay next time.

You still waiting on a trolley somewhere ita? Want me to make some calls to some ninjas maybe?

For anyone still playing the timestamp ita's ER trip home game, I'm back home and having a quick snack before bed.

Headache out of ten? Eight or nine. I fucking hate medicine and medical professionals and myself.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Jesus, ita. Don't hate yourself!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Meh. Conflicting weather forecasts dominate again. It sounds like the heat will break tomorrow (or tonight more specifically), but how much is up in the air.

I can't complain too much, last night was nowhere near as bad as I feared - I was able to turn of the noisy AC and just have a fan in another room keep the bedroom cool.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

It sounds like the heat will break tomorrow (or tonight more specifically), but how much is up in the air.

I'm still seeing forecasts in the mid-80s tomorrow. Which sounds like *heaven*.
