Do they make one in pink that isn't shaped like a baby seal?

AWESOME.

ETA: Looking at the site, I see they have this:

Taser C2 Party Consultant Kit is all you need to start holding Taser C2 Parties. Taser C2 Parties are the new rave. Taser Party Consultants can earn cash while having fun in their spare time. Promotions do not apply to this Taser C2 Party Kit.

It's like a Tupperware Party for the modern day woman!

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Can you guys please send some sun my way? My plants are sad and we're stuck in MARCH here. (I'm sorry, Jilli, but fresh fruit and veggies that I don't have to pay for trump your fabulous wardrobe's extended season by a hair.)

Yes, this! DH's beloved tomatoes and cucumbers can't take much more of this 50's in the day, 40's at night, and no sunshine in sight.

I'd be happy to enter into negotiations with TPTB for just twenty of the East Coast's degrees Fahrenheit. That way neither of us would be hot or cold.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

One even said, "I've been working the entire time and I can't finish it."

Fine, turn in what you've done. What is it with students who think they can guilt you into cutting down the workload? I don't get it.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Here, it was ickyhot most of the day. Until I got ready to bike down to the Y. It was nice then. Until the last 5 minutes of the ride, when the sky opened up and poured down water on me. It stopped by the time I had run and showered, though. And now it's in the low 80s (which is, for here, for summer, mild)

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

When did you get all zen? I wanted a righteous Vortex to rail against the injustice of it all.

It's too hot to rail against the injustice. Talk to me in October.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Absurdly hot here(and DC skipped Spring, too).

Also, the universe can stop fucking with my community right now.(There have been a number of medical crises among my friends/ friendly acquaintances in the last few months. The latest one? A friend tore ligaments or something similar in his left leg this weekend which will probably require surgery. Meh.)

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

It is ungodly hot here. My office - it is refrigerated to the point I opened a window to warm it up to the tolerable point (also, we have no dehumidifier in the "climate control" system, so opening the window also reduced the humidity). Go figure.

Is there a way to take up estivation as a lifestyle?

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Grrr. I just committed to coming into work at 7:00 am tomorrow morning to take care of updating a database and sending an email out that my boss can't due to computer problems. Only good thing about that is that I can then leave at 3:00 in the afternoon.
