Oh, man, ita, I'm sorry.
ION all about me, I have a nephew! My first one! I'm all surprised, and frankly pleased for my dad, who had 3 sons and 2 daughters and out of the five of us had only gotten 3 girl grandchildren so far...
A boy! ::hands out virtual chocolate cigars::
I couldn't wish it on a more deserving father: my brother was unbelievably difficult as a child. Heh.
Thumbs up to Maria.
Me?
I'm sorry about the pain. I know it doesn't do a damn thing to help, but I'm sorry just the same. You deserve more.
Wait! I didn't even get as far as the pain meds--those were the anti-nause meds I was to take 1/2 an hour before the pain meds.
Maybe the docs have been advocating the wrong treatment. Think outside the box people. Maybe ita needs Compazine rather than anti-migraine meds.
Ooh, looks like the the two cells are merging to attack Michigan.
So, from this we can guess that God is a Penguins fan?
Bwahahahahahahaha! Not my God. YGMV.
I have a nephew!
Congratulations!
Just what the heck is going on in this movie poster? (eta: Magazine cover?) Tokyo is being destroyed by giant cats! [link]
Why the eye-patch cat? Is what I want to know. Is it Nick Fury!cat? (Would that be Nick Furry?) Or does the eye-patch denote eeeeevil?
It is too hot here to sleep. I hates this weather. It is 4:30 AM here, and that is what time I usually get up, but I have been awake since midnight. Grrr.
Too headachey too sleep. I hope this post is in English, because I'm trying the anti-nausea meds again, and this time I'm staying up the half hour (13 minutes left) to get to the anti-inflammatories.
Watching
Rise: Blood Hunter.
Features Lucy Liu, Carla Gugino, Michael Chiklis, James D'Arcy. And yet? Such crap. With a fair amount of gore for something that aired at 9pm. Blood and congealing blood all over the place.
ita, I'm sorry for the sucky feelings you head seems to have.
So, I (really) wanna (finish with) work (for today), but the internet is full of distractions. Damn you, icanhascheezburger.
Going back to work and clean and read the rest of the Natter she missed during the weekend and will be back later to update on why on earth she's gonna wake up tomorrow on 3:30am
Happy Shavuot, Jewistas!
Still hot as fuck here. Waiting for DH to be done in the shower so we can put the A/C in the window. (And move the playard in here so D can nap in the cool room.)
Someone forwarded me the email about the "Littlest House in Brooklyn". I had to email her the correction that it's actually in Toronto. It even has it's own website.
Putting the A/C on last night did not lead to many hours of restful sleep as I had hoped. Bah! I mean, it led to some hours, but I would have liked a few more! Ah well.
