I am eating one of the popsicles I bought, and it's not fully re-frozen yet. Ah well. It's still delicious!
msb, are you at least inside?

I hope the necessary people show up quick. Or have shown up.
I think I still have some strawberry popsicles from LAST year in my freezer. They're probably burnt by now. I have way too much crap in my freezer. I'll go for a period eating only one sort of thing, then get tired of it with one or two servings left and...there they sit.
I want to cook something. Like from scratch. Anyone got any recipe ideas. Something that says, hey a tornado may land on my ass at any minute but I could give two shits.
So weird to hear about all teh hot. Because it not yet 55 degrees here in Seattle.
I went to see a movie about Iranian transsexuals. It is apparently all good by the Iranian government. They even pay for it and change your birth certificate. That does not mean it's all good with your family. And since being gay still means you can be put to death, a lot of people who are really just gay go get the surgery. Which is fucked up. It was seriously depressing. And they only showed boy to girl trannies, except for one woman who came in and talked to the doc about becoming a man, briefly. I wanted more, though I guess that's less common. But still would've been interesting to get that side too. Anyway. Interesting, but depressing.
You could test a new recipe for ATK - I'm thinking I'll try this one out tomorrow. [link]
Yes inside. And the people showed up. This place is a trip- a gym with a pool visible from the lobby then upstairs there is a soccer practice quarter field then the next floor a kid's party room the next floor NIGHTCLUB! And the tackiest decor.
Oh my, that lottery ad is delightful!
Thanks Brenda, but Indian Food and my stomach, well... they don't play nice.
So I went to Target. On a Saturday afternoon. Who thought that was a good idea? But I picked up pictures. Then I walked to Lowe's and got a bug zapper. Then I walked to BevMo to get fixin's for Italian Cream Soda.
Now I'm home and making cabernet pot roast and sweet potatoes (for the baby). I've got to figure out how to power the bug zapper now.
