I also tossed some some scallions in the couscous and roasted some grape tomatoes in addition to the asparagus. OMG OM NOM NOM.
Now you're just MEAN.
I went to the chiropractor and they cracked my neck and it was GOOD. Though they told me when I called and made an appointment yesterday, although they said 'tomorrow', they were being spacey and thought I meant yesterday, and I could've gone yesteday! I would've! I could've! Sniff. But I feel better now. Even though I have chips and salsa, and not shrift's magical dinner.
I would have made enough for you! But alas, by the time you got here, I probably would have eated it.
2 loaves banana bread just came out of the oven.
It is apparently time for me to start eating yogurt and fruit for dinner every night, because I can no longer deal with cooking. It hasn't even been hot the last couple of days! And yet? Can't deal.
Yeah, by the time i got there it probably would've been all cold and stuff. It probably would've got all mushy, stuffing through the series of internet tubes.
Oh well.
I'm annoyed at the woman who is supposed to be helping me out with this work stuff next week--apparently her contract with my company ran out this week, so she decided to switch contracting companies. She's still working for the client, but that means she doesn't have access to any of the stuff she needs, which means she's NOT A LOT OF HELP for me. Because that's the shit I need. And she's kinda useless and flaky anyway. GRRR.
I really find myself hating Lakers fans, lately.
I've always hated Lakers fans.
You guys, there's a British version of American Gladiators (just called Gladiators).
And Australia: [link]
Our gladiators: Hunter, Kouta, Nomad, Outlaw, Scar, Tank, Thunder, Amazon, Angel, Bionica, Destiny, Nitra, Olympia and Viper.
My favourite quote: "You'll know you've been marked when you've been marked by Kouta." Ooookay.
Bionica? I might have to abandon "Ruckus". Does the name come with a bionic arm?
OTOH, if "Ruckus" is pronounced like the scary old dude in
The Boondocks,
who insists it's "Roo-Koo"? Comedy Gold, I tells ya.
