I think
Daybreak
is a difficult show to watch out of order - because everything he does is built on something he did previously.
Prison Break -
still on. Not sure where they're going with it and I heard a bizarro rumor for next season. Casting stuff tied to something that happened last season.
Would love to try bacon fudge - do you suppose that was what Ilan really meant to do when he did those chicken liver truffles?
Snerk. Just got a call from some group looking for donations. The pitch started with, "We have children in Israel who are straying off the path of Yiddishkeit!" (My mom answered it and didn't let them get any further than that. I kinda wanted to know what their solution was.)
OMgoodness, now I want to eat at that restaurant, it looks amazing. I's get either the eggs alexander or the fried green tomato BLT. Probably the latter.
egad, now I need to go look in the kitchen and see how close I can get to a proper brunch-like breakfast. Plus coffee, I must make coffee.
DUB Pies have been achieved, and we have now decided that since it is SO beautiful out, we're going to head out to Coney Island after D's nap. We'll have to be back by 3 to get our groceries delivered, but we should be able to get a good 2 hours of sun and sand if we hit the trains right.
Oooh, Coney Island sounds nice.
I'm heading back to DC today. My train leaves in about two hours, which means I ought to be leaving the house in about one hour. I've still got a bunch of stuff to do first. Need breakfast first, though.
Timelies all!
No bacon in my fudge, please. (I just don't like the taste of bacon)
I got some mosquito bites yesterday! Probably when I was sleeping with my legs bare.
Earliest I can remember getting bit....
so much tired. I overslept after initial wak-up with mac. now I must motivate into the city in by 12:30, that is about 40 minutes to dress and eat, better go.
I want these Eggs Rochambeau
eggs steak and two kinds of potatoes......mmmm
I love bacon and fudge, but I am dubious about those flavors in combination.
IOfoodN: Last night at the grocery store, I saw they had peaches. I thought it was early in the season, but YAY PEACHES! So I bought ten of them (or so).
I should have gone with my first instinct. They looked okay on the outside, but they are all still far too green to eat.
