Well, I don't love it THAT much!

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
That's a tough one, Scrappy. Much ~ma that it resolves well and quickly.
This morning when I was leaving for work, Momo (new kitten who now weighs a whopping 3 lbs.) was on the cat condo. I went over to give a quick skritch goodbye but the Mo had other plans. She meowed and purred and snuggled against my arm and put her little paws on my stomach and. and. So we had a little lovefest and I didn't want to leave and come to work. The end.
oh, Scrappy, I'm sorry your DH's family is going through that. I hope it resolves quickly and positively.
Momo (new kitten who now weighs a whopping 3 lbs.)
My big cat weighs about 8 times that. good lord.
I hope he turns up soon, Scrappy. ~ma to you and yours.
Sox, just have the groceries delivered.
smonster, surgery~ma for your friend.
This morning my cat objected to being shooo'ed off the kitchen counter. My arm bears the wounds. Lovely way to start the day.
Thanks, sparky. I think you met them one time when they dropped me off, maybe?
I have one more email I *have* to finish today, oy.
Momo (new kitten who now weighs a whopping 3 lbs.)
My not-so-big full grown kitty weighs just over twice that right now.
I'm hoping Momo will take after my sweet Josie, who weighed 7 lbs full-grown. The Mo seems pretty petite, so it's a possiblity. She sleeps on my legs like Jo did. Bittersweet, ya' know?
Momo (new kitten who now weighs a whopping 3 lbs.)
Ha! I didn't know she was named Momo.
Oh Scrappy, I'm sorry for the whole family.
WRT parenting books, I haven't read it, but I know peeps what like that Talking to Kids so They'll Listen, Listening to Kids so They'll Talk book. I know I myself am not a model for how to get a willful child to behave. Sometimes I say the right thing and they just are great, sometimes they aren't. They do know that I will follow through on punishments meted out (usually a time out to cool off or the immediate loss of a toy or something) so they tend to behave once I've said, "if I have to say it again..." but that's not a win in my book. I hate being the heavy. I prefer when I can find a way to get chores done/kids out the door/whatever it is in such a way that they feel they've done good.
First of all, I need this dress: [link]
Second of all, I have my outfit for dinner so I need to stop trolling ebay.
