Cordelia: I get it now. You're all spies. Probably all Russian. And you've brainwashed me, and want me to believe we're friends so I'll spill the beans about some nano-technology thingy that you want. Gunn: So I look Russian to you? Cordelia: Black Russian. Angel: That's a drink.

'Hell Bound'

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Totally sugar, sj!

Our wings are not tired.

Indeed! I love the neckline.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

Amazing dress, sj!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Facebook has been very weird for me lately. Yesterday, I got friended by a cousin I haven't seen in about 15 years (so, last time I saw her, I was about 12 and she was about 16.) Today, I got a message from a guy who said that he'd seen my profile on a Jewish dating site and wants to know if I'd be interested in meeting his brother. He gives no information about his brother other than which law school he's attending.

I'm in the LA airport, waiting to head to Las Vegas...yay for the computer card so I can be online. Boo for the people I had to work with, but yay for them not being *my* people. Fingers crossed that my people tomorrow are not like that. Eep?

Also, apparently I'm coming back to LA next week (but working with different people, at the same place, for something else).

Right now all I really want is a nap...

Oh, and I do not like people who are lying or cheating or weasely. Boo on them. I will tattle tale on them if I have to. Or I will just have to hope they get what's coming to them. Phooey.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Fay, glad you liked my ice cream idea. Now I'm wanting one.

WRT the cadet, can your hubby drill the living shit out of him. Extra PT? Go give me 20 laps for each question you copied. Keep doing push ups till you can verbally explain the topic your paper is on. Make him clean up the horse stall for wearing a pledge pin? Something?!? A "ok, you might think you got away with it, but we'll teach you the lesson another way". I dunno. Just floors me there is a group with anti-cheating rules, and they look past them for one individual.

In new job news, yesterday the artistic director gave a rousing presentation that leads me to believe this will be a good place to work. That was followed up by my designer, whom I am brand new with, going up to said AD, and laying high praise on me commenting that he got a top notch head of sound. :: beams :: ego boosts are always nice.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

bonny ,I'm just wondering - maybe you are fauxson's lesson. For your sake , I hope not.

Pretty much - If you've lied to one person I know -- I think you've lied to me.

I can't say I was perfect as a kid. I will say the harshest punishment that I remember as a child, I let a friend lie to protect me and didn't correct it. and I did try cheating on a french test ( no help at all). IOW it was never worth it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Thanks, everyone. Do you think that a wide red belt would look good with it? I tried on a little black shrug to go over it, which looked great, but the shrug was almost the same price as the dress. I was too cheap to buy it. So, I'm going to look for something similar somewhere else.
