'War Stories'

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Hey, I think that was an actual warning on a Dark Angel story or something.
Cass might remember.

"dark angst fun happy be warned death is involved" was, indeed, a warning on fic. Sadly, they did not need to warn for believable dialog or good characterization. They rarely do.

Oh, DA, I L U.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Butter pecan.

What ice cream doesn't go with BBQ, actually?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

What ice cream doesn't go with BBQ, actually?

Pretty much this.

(Although my other, equally helpful, guess was "the cold kind")

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

What kind of ice cream goes with BBQ?

That depends. Are we invited?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

beth! Was it good?

Well, I like the fact the judgments are made on the owner/dog relationship. and the judges are giving people grief for not knowing their dogs. And I felt a righteous relief that two of the dogs that preformed the worst -- were dogs that were treated like people/ extensions of their owners -- or to quote one her 'soul mate'.

but it is a reality show -- and so it is filmed to be dramatic.

I'll watch another episode before I decide if I'll keep Tivoing

Punishingly Intricate

or to quote one her 'soul mate'.

EWWWWWWWWWWW

I always say that Frank my dog is like an beloved elderly incontinent uncle. If we have to have a familial relationship at all.

I grew up with dogs - they were Not my sisters. they were members of the family, but they were dogs. My cat , might get called my furry baby, but Percy is a cat and part of the fun of referring to him as a furry baby is because he is not a baby. and , although this is anthropomorphizing , I think he would be insulted if he understood.
