You know, my big sister could really beat the crap out of her. I mean, really really.

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My favorite doll as a child was the "My Child" doll. Did anyone else have those?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Thanks Beverly, ChiKat, vw, morning and a very affectionate greeting by my son is helping to bring me a bit of perspective. But yeah, the I suck is all about kindergarten anxiety. I keep trying to get Frances into a better kindergarten and I keep getting waitlisted. I should have all the buffistae sending Frances get-into-school vibes but it feels petty asking for them when there's folks who are truly ill, trying to find jobs, needing surgery, etc. But dang, between now and Sept 1 I may lose my teeny tiny mind.

meara, OF COURSE she's crushing you. YOu are totally crush worthy! I can't believe it took Seattle that long to realize it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Girlie, I distinctly remember burning you all the Lyle Lovett I had, lo these many years ago (possibly before you moved into your current abode). Wha' happened?

My wife has the brain worms. Lyle is right up on the shelf where he's supposed to be. I will lead her to him.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

secret MAC storage facility underneath it, with a vault of albums from the 80's.

Daniel, just checking....you do realize when I say MAC, it's always, ALWAYS the makeup line, and never the computer?

Heh. Now, the masturbating/growing a penis stuff actually makes more sense as an Erin-dream than would my brain choosing computers over makeup.

My dentist just called me, sick. Must re-schedule, which is boo, because, well, want teeth fixed! It's yay because it was scheduled for 11:30 today and I didn't sleep at all last night and must go housesit, let dogs out at noonish. Now I can go to the house and just crash out totally and just stagger out in 3 hours to let the dogs pee.

Thanks, sj. The reason I feel petty is that I have a pretty comfortable life: loving husband, wonderful kids, a home, decent pay for a job that I (mostly) like.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Hey, I think that was an actual warning on a Dark Angel story or something.

It was--I remember cut and pasting that part back to you.

Our wings are not tired.

I remember well the incredible stress over finding the right schools for my kids. There was some serious trial and error there too. It isn't petty; it's being a loving mom.
