Cordelia: I get it now. You're all spies. Probably all Russian. And you've brainwashed me, and want me to believe we're friends so I'll spill the beans about some nano-technology thingy that you want. Gunn: So I look Russian to you? Cordelia: Black Russian. Angel: That's a drink.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I am not awake, and yet I am getting ready to go to work. Bleh.

Ahoy! Dumb question ahead...

So, can one make a "baked" potato on a grill?

DebetEsse - Jul 05, 2008 4:32:25 am PDT #5918 of 10001
Woe to the fucking wicked.

I believe you wrap it in foil. After that, the potato doesn't care whether the heat's from a grill, an oven, or a space heater.

Gronkies. I'm up and have unpacked two more boxes. They show some kind of liquid damage on the sides, but only one small bowl broken. Not sure what leaked.

Today, more unpacking, a BBQ, and then K-Bug.

I believe DebetEsse is correct, w/r/t foil and the tater not caring.

I am at work today, still with a nasty cold and now with bilateral conjunctivitis. I'm hiding in my office and hoping that no one has any questions. Also? Not feeling at all sorry for the students who were both late this morning getting here, since I had to drag my ass in. Dear Students: You are young and healthy, I am old and sick. Now with added grumpy! I will be docking your pay. Signed, Reference.

Our wings are not tired.

I like grilled baked potatoes quartered with butter and garlic or onion slices in between the quarters. Wrapped well in foil, and yum.

Oh, Laura, that sounds fabulous. Maybe I'll try that. How long do they take? Just trying to figure out when to put them on vs. the steaks.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Or a car manifold!

Early, and around the edges, potatoes should cook more slowly. Also, roll them a lot.

Depending on the heat of the grill about 45 minutes. You can use the fork test.
