[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Love the pink hair, Jessica! I want to have eggplant purple hair, but I think it would look stupid on me.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I wish I had the skin to get away with colors like that, that's an awesome pink, Jess!

Hec, consider yourself warned.

I'm so amused at this picture of the cat Toke: [link] It's just the look on her face and the way she's reaching her paw up towards the camera that makes it.

I really want to I Can Has Cheezburger it, along with this one: [link] but I can't think of captions.

And I'm randomly pimping this picture I took, because I like how well it turned out, composition-wise (and Photoshop-wise): [link]

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm watching On The Town. It's such a fun movie.

Hmmm. It is a lovely evening. I had a nice day yesterday, with a birthday picnic in the afternoon, and a dinner with friends and evening out dancing--for once, NOT partner dancing, but regular bump and grind hip hop dancing, which was good.

Today, brunch with a friend, and some aimless shopping. Reading a book I got at a used bookstore. Only now it's 7pm, lovely, still light out, no work tomorrow, and...I have no plans. DOH! Grr. Argh. Friends are either busy or out of town or not answering phones. What to do, what to do...

What I would really like would be to get some of the books I was looking at at Barnes and Noble earlier, but without having to actually spend the money. Silly stores, wanting me to spend MONEY to take the books home!! Silly library, not having endless copies of all the new books!

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

'allo, duckies.

Loving the pink hair.

The Tokeloaf pic makes me think "Oh, the light, it burns!!!"

I'm struggling with homework. Hence, here I am!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I met D at Barnes and Noble before we went to see Indy this afternoon. I went to get something at the cafe and then remembered their cafe service is terrible and D wasn't finding anything he wanted so we ended up leaving a bookstore without buying anything. It was weird.

Hey. New board.

I feel very, very lonely tonight. Not entirely sure why.

It may have something to do with the fact that I visited a doctor last week, and she declared me sexually inactive. This happened after this conversation:

Doctor: "Drugs? Including mari-joo-anna?" (fully pronounced)
Me: "Not so much, since college anyway."
Doctor: "Sexually active?"
Me: "... in theory."
Doctor: "So... how long?"
Me: [Time]
Doctor: "I'm going to check 'no' then."
Me, entirely internally: "Ouch. Ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch. Ouch."
