Nora, I highly recommend Pill Pockets - they are mushy, moist treats that you can mush around the pill to completely cover it, and are tasty/smelly enough to fool the discriminating feline palate. Or at least they worked brilliantly for Sammie. That was a godsend, because while I have 25+ years experience in pilling or otherwise medicating cats, I knew there was no damn way I could manage to pill Sammie. The vet we go to carries them only in the canine varieties, but I suspect that they are all the same ingredients, just with different labels. You might also be able to find them at a pet supply store. [link]

Spike's Bitches 41: Thrown together to stand against the forces of darkness
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Windsparrow, thank you!!!!!!!!! I'll get Tom to pick some up tonight and see if it will work.
The results are being sent to my PCP, but the tech told me everything looked great and she saw no signs of fibroids.
My ultra sound said I had three fibroids. When they opened me up, they found five.
Aimee is mean, posting all those private pics.
Crap - I go fix
Fixed!!
Ouchie, Vortex!
No fibroids is definitely the best answer for you Susan given that you want to TTC again.
Insent, Scrappy.
Thanks, Aimee. Emeline is adorable! She looks so big too, how old is she now? 4?
What a gorgeous family, Aims! Emeline is just precious.
There is also the magic of cheese. My best method has been using one of those syringe-like pillers, which put the pill into the throat so the pet can't spit it out, plus when the cat bites, it's biting plastic and not you.
