After the whole moving company concierge thing... I just got a phone call to my land line (nobody uses that) asking for me using initials, not full name, saying "you booked a vacation and never used it, two years ago, to Orlando and a cruise, and have a $500 credit with us, would you like to book a vacation now".
um. Two years ago. No fucking way. Cruise. NOT. And believe you/me, if I had $500 credit somewhere, I would have remembered it! I'm a penny pincher!!! WTF people! I really think I need to pull my credit report. Ugg.
OK, gotta eat. Still haven't had lunch. But I got 80% of my books, and 99% of my CD's and ALL of my DVD's packed! I got a little fort started behind the front door. So cute. It's like the startings of a brown igloo. don't wanna think of why it's brown snow, so don't go there people!

We're keeping our fingers crossed. My sister had a quick talk with the neurologist tonight who seemed to be more optimistic. As has been the case up to this point, we're waiting on more tests. They can't even say conclusively yet that it is cancer, it just appears that way.

I just got up to get more coffee and found the boy and Toto are curled up in bed while CBD finishes reading for a bit tonight and then goes to sleep. It's about the cutest thing ever, if I do say so myself...

there is a huge Gilda poster in the basement that appears to be original but I'm pretty sure someone knows it's here and I would be the prime suspect in its disappearance. I already got an Errol Flynn Robin Hood (reproduction) lobby card last time that basement storage was cleaned out.
