Also, I forgot to link this way back when things were still super secret. NPR Day-To-Day has started a segment "California Dreamin'" and they asked folks to write in there California observations. At that time, things were still up in the air, but I wrote in, figuring it would take a few weeks before the segment was online. THEY READ MY LETTER two days later!! [link] Thankfully they kept me anonymous, as I didn't want my name saying "I'm thinking of leaving..." Well, it looks like they are picking up the segment again, and want to interview me! It might be an "on the road" interview too. Crazy I say.

I'm in San Antonio, Daisy! I only booked the tickets a week ago, for work. And I was only supposed to be here for like a day and a half. Only then the day I was leaving, the woman I was meeting was like "Oh, aren't you coming *tomorrow*?". Yeahhhhh...

So I'm staying an extra day. Luckily, outlet malls had cheap clothes, and my navy pants aren't too dirty. And we're not seeing the same people or anything. And I didn't have anythign big planned.

Also, I was maybe going to have a date with the internet girl, but I can reschedule that. And I was suggesting we get a drink. Thinking that is easier to turn into making out than "coffee" or "dinner". Only...turns out she doesn't drink. Er....help???
