[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Aims--Radcliffe gve the TOny for best Play, and our friend Tracy won it! The DH sent him an email which said that both of us were squealing at the screen, J because Tracy won, and me because Tracy won AND he got to meet Harry Potter!

Sassafras and I will accept any ~ma, gratefully. She's being so good right now, staying off her leg. I hope that the orthopedic surgeon, like the neurologist we took her to see because of her seizures, will just have a better outlook and a better plan than what the vet was talking about (i.e., surgery and 4+ months of recovery). Although I'd be happy with the part she had to say about "good as new!" The Internets tell me that CCL injuries are very common in dogs.

My pup loves to run. She comes home from playing at daycare all day and wants to get to the park as fast as possible to see all the other neighborhood dogs and play chase with them.

Fortunately, her daycare doesn't have a problem taking her while we work even though she'll have to be separated from the other dogs. "We'll just put her in the TV room," the owner said. So now I have visions of my puppy becoming addicted to day-time TV. But, still -- it's good to be a loyal customer because she'll be happier there than in the crate while we're at work.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I had a very disappointing burrito for lunch. So sad.

~ma for Sassafrass!

She can start hanging out in Minearverse and keep everyone updated on the soaps.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

~ma for Sassafras. Poor li'l thing.

I may have accidentally ended a relationship today. Also, I have to get up at two in the morning to stand naked in a field with seven hundred other naked people.

Sass, our dog is hurting today, too. Poor Layla started yelping while wrestling with a friend at the dogpark yesterday and was in distress. J carried her home and we put an ice pack on her sore right rear leg. Last night it was a bit tender and she was shivering when lying in certain positions, but was fine in others. She's had no problems walking. We think she has a pinched nerve, but are keeping a close eye on her, just in case. Poor pup obviously feels sore and sad. It's hard when they can't tell you what's wrong.
