Do not send me a list of supplies that is X + $600 (and don't think I didn't notice the $500 piece of equipment that you added, which I suspect might be used for something other than my program). And you REALLY shouldn't call me and say "well, this stuff is backordered, so we can take it off the list, so the supplies are now X + $300, is that okay?" NO IT'S NOT FUCKING OKAY. Your budget is X. I have made that clear. Apparently, despite having a Ph.D., either you can't read or you can't add.

Given that the dalmatian keeps trying to throw down with Guest Dog, and given how stressful it's being, I think that, if the worst-case scenario happened and Friend said "Uh, I can't take my pets back," The Boy would probably say "You get them NOW or I'll tell you what shelter I'm taking them to."

Because as compassionate towards animals as The Boy is, his *own* animals come first, and if the Guest Pets are stressing out the Resident Pets, he's going to act in favor of the Resident Pets.

sj, my bro got married here: [link]. It used to be called the Caravan Bed & Breakfast, but apparently it has new owners. The web site doesn't really have good pictures to show you the property, so I'll pimp my pictures: back porch, garden in which the ceremony was held (not many guests were at the ceremony, so the garden was the right size; the B&B has a lot of land where a bigger ceremony could be held); if you look past my SiL, you can see the gazebo; the barn (part of the B&B) where the reception was; the barn has a loft for tables as well as room for tables on the ground floor.

We tried to watch Tru Calling last night and failed. I should have listened to P-C when he saw it on my Netflix queue and told me to take it off.

When I went to bed I thought I'd give it one more episode but my DVD player kept stopping every few minutes. Even the machine didn't care for it.

There is a water dish (actually, it's a rectangular glass dish that I normally put leftovers in....never again) in the tank for the iguana, so she can either sit in it, or sit on the dry "carpet"

As for the Dalmatian's stress level...poor boo. I know you mentioned her normal anxiety before. This can't help.

I will say to you what my first trainer said to me..."If you don't see blood...they're just talking." The less stressed about it you can be the better off she'll be. I was so freaked out about Bartleby's on-leash aggression until I realized that he was reacting to me reacting to him reacting to me!

I hope, for everybody's nerves, she calms down soon but no blood probably means she's okay.
