OK team, what say ye? Is it better for me to take an action and launch a nuke or xo Ellen to fire twice? Or is there an even better option I haven't yet thought of? I really wanted that purple card that would let me use a move as an action but alas, the gods were not on my side.

What's the deal with civvies and nukes in this brave new world that has Pegasus in it?
The civvies are safe from nukage. Unless of course you draw the Crisis "Civilian Ship Nuked", I mean, it's right there in the title. You may nuke without fear of collateral damage.
This changes in Exodus, where you choose a space sector, and a roll of 8 destroys everything in that sector.
