Okay, scratch what I said before, I didn't realize there was a raider activation on this crisis. XOing Tigh to activate one of the RSVs in Sector 6 4 times to shoot at the raiders would be a very good idea right now.
Or there's Zarek's quorum card, though I don't know the exact details of that.

Action: Play a G2 to XO Tigh
to be able activate 2 vipers (twice) in Sector 6 and attack those raiders.

I've been following his Presidenting style - nice work, by the way - and I think I could do that. Especially fooding a fifth of your Population.
