And I guess that means I'll be staying in the research lab for now, and playing a G1 to XO Chief, to do what he sees fit (I suggest repairing the Admiral's Quarters if there is nothing more pressing; I completely admit to having lost track of things. Weapons Control also needs repair.
ETA: Although I'm not sure it matters right now since I don't think Chief has a repair card. He might want to join you in the Lab and at least draw a card.

If Chief can repair, I vote for weapons control. Otherwise, yeah drawing more cards is always good.
