Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

(sotto voce) I think the Admiral's been drinking again. You mind choosing our next jump destination?

ion, Mom & Dad are demanding my attention. (the nerve! I come for a visit and they won't let me stay in the guest room on the computer the whole time!) I hate to run away when the game seems to be rolling. I'll be back as soon as I can.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Just getting home now. Some mondays at work are "Margarita Mondays" at one of the Sound Professors homes. So, it was an evening potluck party, that was drinks and snacks. Power went off 20 minutes into it. So we chatted the night away with the grad students. Kinda cool, actually.

Anyhow, Laga, e-mail insent with yellow draw and Quorum card draw. That ends the movement/action phase of your turn, so on to the Crisis Card phase.

Crisis Card
Water Shortage
Presidents Choice

Details to be e-mailed. But I sense y'all are familiar with it, as there are several of these in the deck, one of which has already been in play.

Pretty much; however, they're not all the same. They can differ in activations and jump icons.

I just re-read my notes and it says instead of Admiral. So (after drawing two yellow cards) I shout down the hall, "Helo! I have a job for you!"

It doesn't matter at this stage anyway, but the AMS card says you can give it to any other player. The only player who can't receive it is the President himself. (And revealed Cylons.)

I swear I have "instead of admiral" here. Oh well, you're right, it doesn't matter.

I don't really see a choice here, I'll take option 2. Discard Y1, Y1, G1, G2, G2

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I swear, Omnis has the "Deluxe Famine Edition!!!" of the game.

Ouch. At least it was one of us who could make the choice instead of coming up for a toaster.

Exactly. And, at 7 points, those card losses weren't bad.

Sorry!

I will log those discards when I get home. And then start the activation phase. Thankfully it's only one basestar in the air.
