I'm loath to point this out - because if he's a Cylon, it gives him back-to-back actions - but if he wants, Apollo could use his AVP ability to commandeer the viper in Sector 6 and take a bonus action (technically before the basestars fire, but he can't really do anything against them anyway. Unless he has an XO, in which case he could XO Tigh to nuke one of them.)

Note to self: when your first instinct is to launch vipers in case of Cylon attack, launch the frakking vipers.

And here I was thinking (hoping) the Toasters had forgotten about us.
"Look alive, people! Get those vipers ready for launch! Salty wants them airborne yesterday! Damage control teams, get your butts moving, the chromeheads aren't going to miss us forever."
BSG
Darn. I got used to having nothing on the board.

I use my ability to jump into the RSV. Once there I scout the crisis deck (using my P1).
well at least the base star's weapons controllers are poor marksmen.

I pass on interrupts for the scouting roll.

I always forget about interrupts.
Do we have to do them in order?

Do we have to do them in order?
For forum games it's much quicker not to bother about order. I never worried about it in games I ran, and I think that's omnis' policy too.
Technically they are supposed to be in order, and if it actually mattered (e.g. two players didn't want to make their call until they saw what the other one did), then that's how you'd resolve it. Also, if more than one player wants to play the same interrupt, the current player (still the Chief, technically) would get to choose which one gets played.
