For forum games it's much quicker not to bother about order. I never worried about it in games I ran, and I think that's omnis' policy too.
Technically they are supposed to be in order, and if it actually mattered (e.g. two players didn't want to make their call until they saw what the other one did), then that's how you'd resolve it. Also, if more than one player wants to play the same interrupt, the current player (still the Chief, technically) would get to choose which one gets played.

Do we have to do them in order?As mentioned before. No! As bt says, we need to try and keep the game flowing as much as possible, waiting for order on this would slow it down more than is needed. And since it's difficult to get any CO's out of folks, no, we don't need to do interrupts in order.
That said, here is where we stand with CO's and announced:

The roll is a 4. No need to do the fun math from Mr. President, the roll stood up on it's own (too bad the card is still played).
The details of the crisis card have been sent to the young Mr. Adama. He has elected to bury it, opting for door #2.
That really ends Chiefs turn. Apollo already has his card draw. All that is left is for him to confer then post his move and action .

Since they're currently no raiders in the air, I say the priority is to fire on the basestars to hopefully keep them from launching said raiders.
Once they start launching raiders, we need to get some more vipers in the air and get the civvies consolidated where the vipers can protect them. With food as low as it is we really can't afford to lose any civilian ships.
