Pass on interrupts

I will need the opportunity to hit the Press Room again before I can contribute any further ICs.

These aren't my colours, wo I won't be much help. Not to worry, they're good colours for (especially) Zarek, Helo and Tigh. We should be able to pass this.

Having said that, one slightly mischievous observation. While I am certainly not suggesting that we should fail this check, I will note that this check is DC 10, but the Brig check is only DC 7. It would save us 3 points' worth if we were to tank this check and then break Apollo out of the Brig later - 5 less if President Zarek uses his FiLP to reduce the DC.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I can help a little with the check.

While I like the idea of getting through this for half price by letting Apollo get brigged (not that I like the actual idea of Apollo getting brigged) wouldn't he be stuck there until his next turn? Which means if we get hit with a Cylon attack, he can't use his Alert Viper Pilot ability to get airborne.

Not necessarily that long - we can XO him to try a breakout before then. (Assuming he gets out on his first action, he gets a free move to anywhere on Galactica and can then use his second action for anything, including activating the location he moved to.)

But you're right, he is stuck until an XO can be arranged, and in the meantime he can't use his AVP. We also run the risk of toaster sabotage on getting him out of the Brig. (We run that risk on this check too, I guess.)

If anyone else has an IC (I wouldn't be surprised if we're out by now), this is a fairly expensive check, it could be worth playing it. (Assuming no one actually thinks we should tank it.)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG

I have no interrupts.

With my two remaining cards I can help a lot on this check.

If we decide to go that route, I will aks my "friends" to help Apollo get out of the brig but I don't have any XOs.

re: secrecy. Can I talk about the destination card I left on top?

Per the secrecy rules, you can't disclose any specific information about the card. That largely leaves you with broad value statements, e.g. you can tell us that you think it's a good destination. (Of course, the fact you left it on top pretty much says that anyway.)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

The destination fits my criteria for staying on top but I'm a little worried.

Despite being somewhat blind about identifying potential cylons, I can help a lot with this check.
