What's the point to having an open crisis check if nobody spikes the damn thing?!?
I'm pretty certain that that right there is the point of an open crisis check.

That's a common error. Zarek can change the difficulty of elections, and getting someone out of the Brig, but has no influence on getting them in. That's Tigh's gig - he can lower the DC by 3.

I meant that I could do it on this turn because the crisis card is my decision. But it looks like we passed the check before my turn, so it is out of my hands.
Is that right? If so, I play no cards.
