with my 'friends in low places' brigging is quite simple, really. I wonder how that works. I guess I send some thugs to round the traitor up.
I play a Yellow 1.

That's a common error. Zarek can change the difficulty of elections, and getting someone out of the Brig, but has no influence on getting them in. That's Tigh's gig - he can lower the DC by 3.

oh fine.
I'm off 'till tomorrow. I'll be logging on from my Dad's house sometime after 4.

I meant that I could do it on this turn because the crisis card is my decision. But it looks like we passed the check before my turn, so it is out of my hands.
Is that right? If so, I play no cards.

Congratulations. You passed the skill check. You have won the prize "No effect". (see, if one of y'all spiked, we could have had a LOT more action than just "no effect". Pfft).
The card says to activate raiders. Alas, there are no raiders in the air to activate. If someone wants me to just put some out there, mention in thread, and I'll be happy to!
When I get home tonight, I will push along the jump track one spot, and wrap up this turn, and then send the Skill Cards to Tigh.

That's life in the fast lane, is what that is.

I had a talk to the Admiral about his new cards. Not 'with', but 'to'. Not sure he heard me. Couldn't tell if he was passed out or listening intently. Either way, I left a note with the details. Let's see if he makes a hasty decision, or talks things out with his crew.
BSG
I frakkin' heard ya, ya godsdamned felgercarb.
And consulting is for Cylons and traitorous nancies!*
I move to the Research Lab and as I have no cards I am able or willing to part with as this time, and in fact desperately need to stockpile booz-er, more cards, for my Action, I will draw a Blue card.
On to the crisis, Mr. Gaeta!
* Mrs. Tigh would like to interject at this point that certainly her dear husband does not think anyone (particularly anyone important or cute) here is a Cylon or a traitorous nancy.
BSG
Huh, looks like the boss is a fan of the Tequila Sunrise.
I will limp along to the crisis deck when I get home from work, as well as inform you what blue card you pulled from the deck.
