You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

rats I don't have the player order in front of me. I was looking at the last status update and saw we came after Zarek.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

That is correct, Adama's turn is next. Once I get home we'll finish up Zarek's turn.

Plot twist! Galactica's crew are startled at the spectacle of Apollo racing to the hangar deck, saline drip squelching along behind him and arse hanging out of his hospital gown. He commandeers Chuckles' viper, and his pants, to launch himself into Sector 6!

Apollo invokes his Alert Viper Pilot ability to commandeer a launched viper and take one extra action.

That action is:

Play Maximum Firepower-3 to attack the raiders in Sector 6 four times

There are no interrupts. Let's roll:

Attack 1: 5. Hit!
Attack 2: 4. Hit!
Attack 3: 2. Miss.
Attack 4; 8. Hit!

3 raiders destroyed before the meds wear off.

That concludes President Zarek's turn. Admiral Adama, I'm sending you your card draw. When you're ready, please post your move and action.

Administrative note: Adama's card draw has exhausted the Leadership deck. I've reshuffled the discards - all eight of them.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

BSG

Nice shooting, Apollo! (For some reason I thought sickbay prevented him from using that ability. Obviously not. We're a good deal less frakked than I thought we were.)

Admiral, I would suggest nuking the basestar in sector 3 for maximum-possible effect.

I would suggest nuking Apollo. He's getting pretty uppity, there.

Okay, I am thinking that the nuclear option is the way to go. If I do that can I also XO someone? I'm thinking either giving Apollo another chance to do some shooting, or letting Helo do some damage from weapons control, or getting Helo out there in a Viper.

Thoughts?

Also, do I have to move somewhere to do the Nuclear strike?

Firing a nuke takes up an action, so if you do that you can't do anything else. You don't have to move anywhere special to use it, so feel free to move wherever you want.

Two other points worth noting:

1, using a nuke involves a die roll, which can be modified by an SP. Don't forget to pass or lay on interrupts if you choose it.

2. A reminder, Sector 4 contains 2 raiders and 2 civvies - no vipers. If there's another raider activation, as it stands right now, those civvies will be destroyed.
