You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG

I'm on the edge of my seat! I think if there is a cylon among us, we're about to find out.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

With Apollo's contribution, 13 cards have been played into the check. Here are the cards:

Green 1
Green 2
Green 4
Purple 1
Purple 1
Purple 2
Purple 2
Purple 2
Purple 2
Purple 5
Blue 1
Blue 2
Red 4

Outcome: 25 - 4 = 21. Pass! Food increases by 1.

Next, raiders activate. There are no raiders left, so each basestar launches 2 raiders. However, the basestar in Sector 1 has a disabled hangar, so only the basestar in Sector 5 launches raiders.

Finally, the jump prep track increases by 1.

That concludes Apollo's turn. Helo, you've almost made your way back to the Fleet and your turn is about to start. You'll begin on the Hangar Deck. I'm sending you your card draw. When you're ready, please post your move and action.

not your mom's socks.

We have Stonehenge courtesy of some seriously awesome friends. Can't wait to play it once week 2 of familyxmas wraps up.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Move: Weapons Control

Action: Play G1 Executive Order on Admiral Adama. "I have a feeling those nuggets in sector 5 can handle those raiders with the right motivation, sir." (Have the RSVs fire on the raiders. You can have them do it twice with each action from the XO, for a total of 4 shots (call this a poor man's Maximum Firepower). If the RSVs still have shots left over once the raiders are destroyed, might as well fire on the basestar. We may get lucky.)

BT: I'll use my re-roll ability if the last shot from the RSVs misses.

If either Zarek or Adama have an XO handy, I recommend they play it on me on their turn so I can take two shots at whatever basestars are left.

(Edited for clarification)

I'm OK sharing the sky with some raiders for a couple turns. I'm pushing for taking out the basestar first.

Admiral Adama, you have received an XO. You may either move and take an action, or not move and take two actions. When you're ready, please post your orders.

Is that the one that's five games in one? I'd be interested to hear how it plays.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

I got Dominion for my sister. It was quite fun and I think I might get it for myself at some point. We were a bit confused setting it up, but it's easy to teach once you've played. And it goes fairly quickly. Definitely better with 4 than 2.

And I would have been happy to do that, but no one was currently in Weapons Control, otherwise I would have XOed them instead. I'm trying to get the most bang for our buck here. Destroying two raiders and possibly getting a hit on a basestar seemed more advantageous than taking a single shot at a basestar myself.
