That's long enough for interrupts. Time to fire:
Die roll 1:
6. Hit! The damaged basestar is destroyed.
Die roll 2:
7. Hit! Result:
Disabled Hangar.
This basestar may no longer launch ships.
Bah. You blew up my toy. Obviously the only thing for it is to bring in another one. Adama's Crisis Card is:
Besieged
Cylon Attack
First up, the raiders activate; as Helo noted, they're going to shoot at Apollo.
Raider 1:
4. Miss.
Raider 2:
6. Viper damaged.
And here we pause to see if anyone wants to play an Evasive Maneouvre interrupt. All pilots, please pass or play.
BSG
I do have one evasive manoeuvre card which I will play now.
BSG
Boomer plays an EM-2. As this viper is being flown by someone in the opening credits, the reroll is at -2.
Raider 2a:
2 - 2 = 0. Miss.
Raider 3:
2. Miss. Well, that sucks.
Now, a bunch of new ships get added to the board, including 4 raiders in Sector 6. They share space with 4 RSVs and 2 civvies. Per the special rules in this set-up, they fire immediately:
Raider 1:
5. Viper damaged. We'll pause once more for interrupts.
BSG
Unfortunately I don't have any more interrupts.
BSG
Frak! Well, this got ugly in a hurry.
At least we've got only one Basestar that can launch more raiders to worry about. Good shooting, Boomer.
BSG
I've got an EM, but I'd rather use it to either keep our pilots out of sickbay or potentially keep civies alive. I think we can afford to lose a RSV or two and still be in good shape. But if the next crisis activates raiders again, Apollo and all those civies in his sector are in trouble again. So I'm only going to play my EM if a third RSV gets hit.
BSG
I'm saving EM's for my kiester, as I'm in the thick of it, and it's getting thicker. Boomer, thanks for your help!
BSG
That just leaves Apollo to pass or play.
Side note: Adama may also move as part of his turn, and moves to Command.
BSG
Ninja'd by Apollo! Ok, the result stands: one viper damaged. Let's get back to it:
Raider 2:
3. Miss.
Raider 3:
3. Miss.
Raider 4:
7. Viper damaged!
That concludes Admiral Adama's turn. Boomer, I'm sending you your card draw. When you're ready, please post your move and action.
